Who am I

I’m a Texas-based illustrator, young mom, and former art teacher who loves telling stories through happy, whimsical art.

How it Started

I studied Sequential Art at SCAD, and now I spend my time creating cheerful illustrations for children’s books and graphic novels—often inspired by imagination, storytelling, and the little everyday moments that make life magical.

  • I’m traditionally trained on art mediums such as pen and ink, watercolor and acrylic painting. However more recently I’ve been experimenting with digital art and using an ipad.

  • I currently work on an ipad pro with apple pencil in procreate. I have experience working with the Adobe suite and if I have the opportunity I like using photoshop and indesign.
